The amazing 8-ball is in my humble opinion useless. It's fun but useless. There's no magic to it, in fact an 8-ball is retarded. Ask if your name is truely your name and there's a good chance the thing will respond with a "no" or something along those line.
Because of this we all know that it is useless and nothing more than a toy.....YET no one can resist it and usually ask questions reflecting their desires and they usually get all excited about it's answers and this is why it is called magic.
The damn thing doesn't know the answers to your questions, no its magic lies in the fact that you care about its answers yet knowing fully well that they are bullshit.

And by the way...never never ask an 8-ball questions to which you know the answer already yourself.
